Scarfones book was published in 1997 when he claims he was saved. You can't copy something before it is written, Brian. you were "saved" in 1984 and PROMPTLY HID YOUR SELF WITH FEAR until your arrest in 1986.. and the trial until 1987, and then you hid out more because they were searching for those you said tried to blow you up, the ones you allege were in your cell while in reality they were running from the law until a full YEAR after the trial (unless your testimony is talking about ghostly apparitions>?_) and you did not begin your ministry until the early 1990's.. so, what is this you cannot copy something you never had or that was not available. after all, 1986 was my writing time and YOU did not have zip.. no testimony.. heck not even a trial yet .. and that is what i want, a trial,, forgetaboudid.. no, i will not settle and feel a fool for even suggesting it.. no... Lighthouse Sanctuary Youth Foundation, Inc Related article: Tony Pep Goes South (Oct. 5, 2000 article) Notes from the editor of christianissues.com, Brian Karjala: Rocky Scarfone eventually decided to put the issue of the copyright violation behind him and settle the case with Tom... a decision he now regrets. Why? Rocky said it himself: "if i were to settle with you, you would go on lying on and on..." The settlement agreement between Rocky and Tom was disputed by Tom (in January 2005) when Tom had Rocky served with legal papers claiming that Rocky had violated their agreement. Tom wanted Rocky to return the settlement money he paid to him. That gave Rocky the opportunity to counter-sue alleging that Tom is continuing to defraud the public (a very valid and truthful claim!). I submitted an affidavit (mailed Nov. 16, 2005) to the Georgia court (the location of the legal battle). One of Tom's past claims is that Rocky Scarfone is making me post the info on my web pages. Tom is claiming that this action (which I will tell you is untrue) represents a violation of his agreement with Rocky. This is an outright lie. My writings are in my full control and I am not and have never been in the employment of Rocky Scarfone. The once private agreement between Tom and Rocky is now a matter of public record (thanks to Tom's most recent court action pertaining to the agreement).
